Purpose of Rotaract Club :

The Purpose of Rotaract Club is for, students and young professionals to take action through community and international service that creates sustainable solutions to local and global challenges, connect with the global community of Rotary to expand professional networks, exchange ideas with leaders and cultivate lifelong friendship around the world, develop skills to become community and global leaders, make friends locally and globally and have fun while recognizing the importance of Service Above Self.

 

Rotaract Club: 

Rotaract Club stands for “Rotary in Action”, although the name originally comes from a combination of “Rotary” and “Interact”. Rotaract Club originally began as a Rotary International youth program in March 13, 1968 at North Carolina, United States and has grown into a major organization of over 10904 clubs spread around the world and over 203000 members in 189 countries.It is a service, leadership, professional and community service organization for young men and women aged 18 and over. Rotaract Club focuses on the development of young adults as leaders in their communities and workplaces. Clubs around the world also take part in international service projects, in a global effort to bring peace and international understanding to the world.

Rotaract Club Club of Pabna Medical College 

The students of Pabna Medical College with immense potential and innovation are greatly encouraged to join hands and work together with a prestigious organisation like Rotary International. Rotaract Club Club of Pabna Medical College was set up from the very onset of the institution's academics. Our Chartered President Dr. Mahbubur Rahman Tuhin was one of the stalwarts behind the progress of the club. Rotaract Club Club of Pabna Medical College vows to work relentlessly for the welfare of its students.

We continue to support our beloved college with all our might in every sphere. RCPMC is a trusted name for all the students of Pabna Medical College. Programmes of RCPMC include blood grouping campaigns, free medical camps, tree plantation, academic classes & seminars, public speaking & quiz sessions and so on. Rotaract Club Club of Pabna Medical College remains the largest family of the campus gathering all the love and support from students, interns and our alumni. President of Rotaract Club Club of Pabna Medical College for the RotaYear 2023-24 is Abhitosh Chakraborty and the Secretary for the same is  Shihab Uddin Md Sayem. RCPMC expects all the support and inspiration from the lovely campus to expand its working field for the benefit and wellbeing of the community as a whole.
